Professional Liability Insurance

The AILA Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance is a comprehensive, low-cost plan, featuring both Professional Liability and Personal Injury Liability coverage designed specifically for the exposures faced each day by immigration lawyers. This program is available to all members of AILA who devote a portion of their practice to Immigration Law.

This Insurance is sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Professional Liability Insurance protects you against charges of negligent acts, errors or omissions in rendering your services in your professional capacity as a lawyer.

Personal Injury Liability Insurance protects you against charges of false arrest, detention or imprisonment, malicious prosecution, libel, slander, or wrongful entry or eviction.
